    Pricing Policy:

    Payment Methods Accepted
    We accept all major credits. Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card and American Express.

    Deposits
    We require one half of your total stay as a deposit at the time of your reservation.

    Cancellation & Return Policy
    We have a 14 day cancelation policy. You can cancel up to 14 days before your arrival for a 15% fee. After the 14 days, there are no cancelations but we can hold and reschedule your reservation for up to a year.

    Fees & Taxes
    There is a 1-time cleaning fee of $25.00 for a 1br condo, $35.00 for a 2br condo, and $45.00 for 3br condo and all cabins. This level of cleaning at the end of each stay is required to meet local health regulations. The lodging tax for Gatlinburg is 12.75%.

    Pets:
    We do have some units that allow 1 pet for a 1 time, non-refundable pet fee of $50 (2 pets for $75)

    Privacy Policy:

    Our privacy policy is quite simple: We never share your information. Period. The information you provide never leaves our office.

    We use your information solely to contact you concerning your reservation, or to let you know about upcoming specials and events that you would be interested in.
